JT Radio got his start as a DJ in 2002 in Bronx, NY. Born in 1988, this 30-year-old DJ was heavily influenced by his stepfather, DJ Charlie Chase, (The Cold Crush Bros.) to study the genres and learn the fundamentals of mixing. Starting as a roadie for a high-end event company in Manhattan, he became very familiar with the professional atmosphere. After relocating to Tampa, Fl with his family in 2006, he networked on social media an entire year before connecting with several DJ’s and promoters in the nightlife scene. It wasn’t long until he found himself DJing many of the cities top Nightclubs.
His love for music runs deep in his roots and it shows in his unique playing style and ability to adapt to crowds of all ages. Well seasoned in the art of mixing, blending, scratching and getting people hyped on the dance floor, JT Radio is known as one of the most versatile DJ’s in the Tampa Bay Area, easily being able to adapt from professional environments to the nightlife scene.
